The results of the biannual selections will be posted on the ASSEMBLE web site. The leader of each selected user group will be contacted directly by the site applied for in order to receive information guidelines for the visit (on-site access) or shipment (remote access).
Post visit/shipment activities
a) The main applicant must report on the project to the ASSEMBLE host site no longer than 45 days after leaving the site or receiving the shipment. This will be done via your account at the ASSEMBLE Access Application Database (http://www.assemblemarine.org/applications/login ). A notification and details about the report format will be sent out via email in due time. Repayment of the flight ticket will then follow. The purpose of the report is to highlight the scientific output of the access received. The reports will be published on the ASSEMBLE web site and made available to the European Commission.
b) A user questionnaire to measure user satisfaction (found at http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/capacities/questionnaire_en.html) must be filled in no later than 45 days after leaving the ASSEMBLE host site or receiving the shipment.
c) Any publications or patents resulting from the ASSEMBLE TA project (referring to ASSEMBLE grant agreement no. 227799 and acknowledging the host institute) must be reported to ASSEMBLE. This will be done via your account at the ASSEMBLE Access Application Database (http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/capacities/questionnaire_en.html). A notification will be sent out via email in due time.
